The FJD ATS Ultra controls up to 160 nozzles independently. PWM control adjusts spray flow without changing pressure, helping maintain consistent coverage as speed changes or the sprayer turns. It can also use prescription maps and ground speed to apply the right rate by zone.

What the FJD ATS Ultra does for you
Single-Nozzle Control
Control individual nozzles instead of shutting off whole sections. This helps reduce skips, overlaps, and spraying beyond field boundaries.
Consistent Rate Control
The system adjusts spray rates as ground speed changes. Nozzles can switch at up to 20 Hz with a 30%–70% duty cycle.
Turn Compensation
Flow compensation adjusts individual nozzle duty cycles during turns. This helps limit overspray on the inside of a turn and underspray on the outside.
Prescription Map Support
The system reads imported prescription maps and applies the prescribed rate to each zone.
Alternating Nozzle Operation
Neighboring nozzles can operate in an alternating pattern. This helps maintain steady hydraulic pressure and smoother spray coverage.
Boundary Control
Each nozzle can be turned off individually at field edges. That provides more precise boundary control than shutting off an entire section.
